We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. When you consider a product defective, you should promptly contact us at [email protected] with details of the product and the defect.

We ship all of our orders across Canada and the Mainland USA via Canada Post. We offer a $15 flat shipping rate for all orders placed within Canada. For USA orders special rates will apply. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days, for destinations within Canada. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Cottonville is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
